MARCH 2021 ARREST REPORT

March 6, 2021

On Saturday, March 6, 2021, Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding 79 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone. Deputies issued Martin Perez a summons in Violation of Colorado Revised Statues 42-2-138(1)(a) Drove Motor/off-highway vehicle when license denied, and 42-4-1101(1) Speeding 10-19 MPH over the speed limit.

Everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

March 8, 2021

On Monday, March 8, 2021, Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding 81 miles per hour in a posted 65 miles per hour zone.  Deputies issued the driver, Martin Martinez, a summons in violation of Colorado Revised Statutes 42-4-1101(1), Speeding 10-19 miles over the prima facia limit, and Colorado Revised Statutes 42-2-138(4)(b), Driving while license suspended. 

Everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 

March 10, 2021

On Wednesday, March 10, 2021, Deputies attempted to make contact with a vehicle for driving without headlights. Deputies arrested Andres Montano for Violation of Colorado Revised Statues 18-9-116.5 Vehicular Eluding, 42-4-1401(1) Reckless Driving, 42-4-204(1) Failed to display headlamps when required, 42-2-138(1)(a) Drove motor/off-highway vehicle when license under restraint (denied), 42-4-1305(2)(a) Drank from/possessed an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, 42-4-1305.5 Possessed an open marijuana container in a motor vehicle, and 42-3-121(1)(b) display/possess/sale/fictitious title/plate/valid tab. Andres Montano was held on a $ 4000.00 bond.

March 12, 2021

On Friday, March 12, 2021, Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding 78 miles per hour in a posted 65 mile per hour zone.  Deputies issued Cindy Baltierrez a summons in violation of Colorado Revised Statutes 42-4-1409(3)(b) Failure to maintain proof of financial responsibility .

March 14, 2021

On Wednesday, March 14, 2021, Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding 82 miles per hour in a posted 65 mile per hour zone. Deputies issued Anna Saenz a summons in Violation of Colorado Revised Statutes 42-4-1101(1) Speeding  10-19 miles over the prima facia limit, 42-2-101(1) Drove vehicle without a valid license, and 42-3-121(1) Failure to display valid registration.

March 14, 2021

On Wednesday, March 14, 2021, Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding 92 miles per hour in a posted 65 mile per hour zone. Deputies issued Christian Rodriguez a summons in violation of Colorado Revised Statutes 42-4-1101(1) Speeding 25 miles per hour over the prima facia limit, 42-2-138(4)(b) Driving while license suspended.

March 19, 2021

On Friday, March 19, 2021, Deputies contacted a vehicle for weaving. Deputies issued Brandon Koehn a summons for Violation of Colorado Revised Statues 42-4-1301(1)(a) Drove Motor Vehicle while Under the Influence of Alcohol, and 42-4-1007(1)(a) Failure to maintain lane of travel.

March 22, 2021

On Monday, March 22, 2021, Deputies conducted an arrest warrant for Andrew Martin in Violation of Colorado Revised Statutes 18-6-803.5 (1)(a) Protection Order Violation times four. Andrew Martin was held with no bond.

March 26, 2021

On Friday, March 26, 2021, Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding 78 miles per hour in a posted 65 mile per hour zone.  Deputies arrested Chavala Loken on a warrant for her arrest. Chavala Loken was held on $500 bond.

March 26, 2021

On Friday, March 26, 2021, Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding 78 miles per hour in a posted 65 mile per hour zone.  Deputies arrested Justin Loken on a warrant for his arrest and for Violation of Colorado Revised Statute 18-18-403.5 possessing 28 grams of Methamphetamine a Schedule II Substance, and 18-18-428 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Justin Loken was held on no bond.
