 OCTOBER 2017 ARREST AND SUMMONS REPORT


On Friday, October 06, 2017, Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding, 90 MPH, in a posted 65 MPH zone, on Highway 287. Deputies issued the driver, Beverly Seemann (DOB 03-25-1977), a summons for her speed.

Everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On Saturday, October 21, 2017, Deputies responded to Love’s for a report of trespassing. Upon speaking to the employees they wanted the female party, Anastasia Delosantos (DOB 02-21-1984) charged with trespassing. Deputies contacted Anastasia and issued her a summons for: CRS 18-4-504, Third Degree Criminal Trespass.

Everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On Friday, October 06, 2017, Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding, 91 MPH, in a posted 30 MPH zone, on 15th street and Maine. Deputies took the driver, Elena Shepard (DOB 05-10-1999), into custody for the speed and reckless driving. She was transported to the Prowers County Jail. She was held on the following charges: CRS 42-4-1101(1) Speeding 91 mph, in a posted 30 mph zone and CRS 42-4-1401 Reckless Driving. She was held on a $750.00 bond.

On Monday, October 2, 2017, Deputies responded to a residence in Kiowa County for a report of an individual taking items from a property. Deputies investigated the matter and took Michael Stobie into custody. Michael was transported to the Prowers County Jail where he was booked and held on charges of Second Degree Burglary in violation of Colorado Revised Statute 18-4-203(1), and Theft, $300-$750 in violation of Colorado Revised Statute 18-4-401(1)(a), (2)(d).
