On Sunday, September 16, 2018, Deputies responded to a report of a car being keyed. Deputies investigated the matter concerning charges of Criminal Mischief in violation of Colorado Revised Statute 18-4-501, (4)(c), a class 1 misdemeanor, and Third Degree Trespassing in violation of Colorado Revised Statute 18-4-504(1),(2)(a), a class 1 petty offense. The case has been sent to the District Attorney’s office for review due to the case involving juveniles.

On Thursday, September 27, 2018, Deputies conducted an arrest warrant for John Lynch in violation of restraining order-criminal in violation of CRS 18-6-803.5(1)(A). On Friday, September 28, 2018 Deputies served the arrest warrant on Lynch by taking him into custody and transporting him to the Prowers County Jail. Lynch was held on $750 bond.

On Thursday, September 13, 2018, Deputies contacted, Michael Ramirez. Deputies confirmed Ramirez had a warrant. Deputies took Ramirez into custody and also charged him with Driving a vehicle as a habitual traffic offender. Ramirez was transported to the Prowers County Jail.
